Optimum Performance and Security for your business
The global rise of cyberattacks and the advent of hybrid work is creating a new world of security risks that affects customers of all sizes, particularly Small and Medium Businesses. Most smaller companies simply do not have the specialist knowledge to counter this threat, but find themselves being asked to adhere to increasingly stricter guidelines to remain secure and comply with supply chain demands.
Microsoft are one of the largest cyber security providers in the industry and have committed to invest over $20 billion dollars over the next four years. Two of the more recent developments in this area are Microsoft Defender for Business (endpoint detection and response) and Microsoft 365 Lighthouse. This is a single, unified portal that helps Managed Service Providers like ourselves maintain the security of your Microsoft tenant and services.

We will use Microsoft 365 Lighthouse to build a baseline configuration for your Microsoft tenant. Every month we will review the recommendations provided by Microsoft to help improve the security and performance of your tenant and protect your business. You will receive an email informing you that a service ticket has been raised each month for the review. This will also be on your client portal. The support team responsible for your services will review the Microsoft recommendations and set tasks for an appropriate technician to complete.
All the simple changes that can be effected will be made at this point. If there are recommendations that require input from yourselves and may be more complex to complete, we will raise a separate support request for these and agree an approach with you before taking any further action.

M365 Lighthouse is purely for your Microsoft services. We will continue to monitor all your services and devices through our remote management platform and report any immediate issues as they are detected. Similarly we will make sure we take as stringent approach as possible on any cloud or hosted voice services you may have from us.
The primary methods we use to communicate to all of our clients are email, our client portal and our client dashboard. We've tried to make the client portal your primary method so you simply have to save one address in your browser to help manage the services we provide.
