Mason Infotech has a long history of enabling our customers to communicate more effectively. We were established as a business that delivered physical PBX-based telephone systems into customer sites in the early 2000s, right through to supporting business communications through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Since the application's launch in 2017, Mason Infotech has continued to help businesses communicate by implementing and managing Microsoft Teams for Business. We help businesses to engage their remote teams, communicate between sites, and solve complex technical problems via MS Teams meeting functionalities.
However, Teams has utility far beyond video conferencing. We have enabled our clients to use the Microsoft Teams App as a fully serviced Unified Communications system, complete with file sharing, shift management, and project management with the Microsoft planner app. In some examples, we have helped businesses to integrate Teams and their Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), and in others utilised BroadSoft technology to help businesses communicate wherever they go.
