We've been supplying and supporting internet services UK wide from all the major UK service providers, fixed and mobile, for over twenty years now. Our knowledge of implementation management and on-going support is extensive.

We're ideally placed to help you source connectivity from a simple, stand-alone service to multiple office locations and 'Internet of Things' connectivity requiring additional security and resilience.

Thanks to Mason Infotech, we have infrastructure uniformity across all branches, which has reduced the administration burden on our small IT team, freeing us to engage in more strategic activities. For example, we’re now investigating introducing video conferencing to further enhance collaboration capabilities across the organisation.

Our experience includes providing and supporting call centres for 400+ users, multi-site solutions for 500+ users, along with the traditional cost effective telephony for general business use.

The traditional copper line telephony network is being closed down by January 2027. All business services will be provided using the same data networks and applications used for all other services in your business. This means applying the same rules to ensure data security, confidentiality and resilience
