We have three new exciting roles we need to fill to move our business forward this year. Over the last two years we have continued to expand into new service areas and have an ever increasing client base. We need to bolster the skills and additional resource we have acquired over the last year to fulfil the current demands on the business.
We're looking for a suitably qualified IT Implementation & Support specialist, a Business Administrator that can really help fine tune our processes and a Sales Executive to help us generate more new clients.
IT Support and Implementation
Working with others you will share responsibility for the delivery of our services to a range of clients, mainly in the Midlands region. There will be the need for flexibility as you may also be asked to help with pre sales work from time to time as well as implementation and traditional support desk duties.
The work will be varied and you will need to be skilled in a variety of technologies including M365, Azure, Unified Communications and networking technologies. If you have some, but not all of these, we are willing to train and develop. Our core technology partners are Cisco, Microsoft and BroadSoft. We are also heavily involved in IoT, internet and cyber security solutions.
You will become part of a small, established team that is dedicated to excellent customer service and used to going the extra mile to ensure clients experience the best our industry can offer. You will need to be able to see the big picture, be dynamic, customer centric, communicative and be able to prioritise duties in a busy environment.
It's not an accounting role, but you will be involved in the process to administer and produce monthly management accounts and reports. More importantly you will be involved in administrating and managing all aspects of the business from placing purchase orders, through delivery of service, to producing our own customer invoices!
Working closely with the MD you will be an integral part of the team and instrumental in examining and defining our processes. We are growing quickly and constantly looking to automate and digitise process where we can. We use Salesforce, the usual Microsoft packages and a whole plethora of supplier and partner portals. Computer literacy is essential for this role. We're a small team, proud of our achievements and dedicated to helping our clients. You will need to be comfortable and feel you can thrive in this environment. It is an administrator role, but there will be plenty of scope to be involved with business development and design.
You will be responsible for generating new business. You've probably heard all the usual, self-starter, highly motivated, dynamic, high achiever labels used to 'sell' a sales role. Well they all certainly apply here. However, you will be joining a well-established, successful local business that can provide you with fantastic case studies and reference clients to support your efforts.
We can keep it easy and you can start selling our simpler portfolio items such as internet access and our smaller hosted voice offering. It’s a massive market and there is plenty of opportunity out there. You can, if you want, develop to sell our more complex facilities management and managed service solutions. You will be working with an experienced team that have a huge depth of experience from over 40 years of commercial experience in IT.
