Our History


Cartwright and Mason Infotech go back a long way. As suppliers of internet connectivity and telephony at Cartwright's Regent Street Offices, Mason Infotech was well placed to help with its move to the Lace Market in Nottingham.

Over time, the IT support solution has been developed. Moving away from traditional server technology to cloud based solutions that provide greater resilience, flexibility and security.

The Challenge

Supporting clients with a full range of marketing services requires a robust and effective IT solution. Maintaining this during the office relocation and then further expansion to accommodate additional users and locations were all key to the success of the Cartwright.

Removing the reliance on traditional server-based technology and moving to Microsoft's agile Modern Working solution was a fundamental part of the process.

The adoption of a strong Cyber Security regime facilitated the award of Cyber Essentials, a prerequisite for many supply chains now.

Our Solution

Mason Infotech helped facilitate the move to the Lace Market with the provision of internal office infrastructure for the new office including internal cabling, Wi-Fi, internet and telephony, enabling a hassle-free move to the new office for all staff.

The service was expanded to provide IT support for all users and over time this has developed to incorporate cyber security and the provision of Cyber Essentials.

As Cartwright has expanded, our assistance in the move to Microsoft's Modern Working Environment has facilitated the secure addition of new team members and locations, as well as flexible working and the ongoing management of cyber security.

Staff awareness and education remain a priority for Cartwright as our service is developed to maximise the functionality provided by Microsoft while perpetually testing the awareness of phishing emails and other potential security hazards.
