Optimising our Communications
We like to make sure we use technology in our business in the same way we would be making any recommendation for you to do so. As part of our continuous improvement process we are optimising our communications, streamlining our reception service and using a little 'AI' to transcribe voice messages into actionable requests.
The new process will enable us to focus our efforts on both service and project delivery and will support direct contact with technicians that are currently working for you. The process will complement both the recent customisation to our client portal and all existing communications.
As always, we want to make sure our service is 'Best in Class' and we know to do so means it needs to work for you. After the first couple of weeks of operation we will follow up with a survey to make sure the new process is doing it’s job. Please let us know if there is anything we can improve.
