AVAYA System Management Training

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, the delegate should have a complete understanding of how to use the Avaya IP Office Manager Programme. This understanding will allow them to configure the Avaya IP Office Communications Server for the vast majority of day to day requirements. This will include changing user names, incoming call routes, programming groups and other aspects of programming.
 
The training is based (where possible) on the delegates’ systems release of management software, which will also allow the management of all previous releases of management software down to Release 2.1.

This course does not cover “Voicemail Pro” configuration. However, as reference will be made to the Voicemail Pro solutions during a number of the programming exercises, the Voicemail Pro application will be covered to a lesser extent and enable delegates to recognise call routing and other programming issues.
