AVAYA Handset Training
As an enhancement to our existing service, we are offering training sessions which will cover handset operation on the Avaya IP Office digital and IP handset range. By the end of these sessions we hope that you will be as passionate about the benefits an Avaya handset offers your business as we are!
Additionally, training will be given on Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) applications, Phone Manager and Soft Console. These applications are specifically developed by Avaya to grow as the demand on your business increases and our training will ensure that they are utilised to their full potential.
