New Vacancy: Customer Services Manager

This multifaceted role has become vacant due to maternity leave. However, as a growing company, the role could become permanent for the right candidate.
 
The company has successfully grown since its formation in 2002.  Involved in the specification, supply and support of telecommunication and IT solutions, the Customer Services Manager is at the centre of all client facing activities.  The role will include sales and marketing activities, service desk and support management,  implementation support and customer training.
 
Based at our Nottingham office, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to step into an existing  role that will demand the use of your business skills and acumen to the full.  A wide and varied range of duties will mean that  you'll have to have strong organisational and people skills, supported by an understanding of technical issues. A desire to learn new skills, develop yourself, and play your part in a team dedicated to putting the client first will be of paramount importance to the successful candidate.
