Working on an adhoc basis we will provide a full implementation and repair service based on your needs. This includes an emergency solution that will provide you with a replacement telephone system within a matter of hours anywhere in the UK.
Our services are completely configurable to meet your needs. If required we can take calls or enquiries direct from your end user base. We will provide extensive reporting on how we have handled calls and how the Customer Support Desk has performed. This will include calls received, our response times and a complete history of each individual case. We are used to meeting strict service level agreements.
Clients can make requests or report faults using the phone or our web portal. The portal can be fully customised to include your own branding and instructions. We can also offer a solutions page where common fixes or solutions to problems can be offered, removing the need for support some support calls.
