Avaya IP Office Support
Our ideal candidate will have a few years industry experience behind them, be qualified to ACA as a minimum and possess good IT and LAN/WAN skills (possibly with a CCNA) to compliment their core Avaya skills. Knowledge of the Avaya Index platform would also be beneficial.
Based in Nottingham, the role will involve providing implementation and technical support to our growing base of clients and as such will be part office based and part field based. You will be a self starter, consciencous, and have a desire to be the best.
Package: Salary in the region of £25k, car, expenses, health and pension.
Avaya Communications Manager Support
This role will again be part office and part field based from our Nottingham office, supporting our growing list of Communication Manager clients. This product is a strategic area of growth for our business and is seen as critical to our future success. Qualification to ACA is a prerequisite, as are strong IT and LAN/WAN skills. The person we are looking for to fulfill this role will be highly customer focused, have the desire to provide nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction and possess strong people and commercial skills.
Package: Salary starting in the region of £30k to £35k, car, expenses, health and pension.
Avaya IP Office Sales
You’ll have a proven track record of Avaya and IP Office and similar system sales and either be qualified to ACA or prepared to gain this qualification in the first couple of months. You’ll be keen to pursue your sales career and be looking to develop your sales and technical skills to sell into the solutions space. We’ll provide you with all the pre sales support you require; regular lead generation programmes, great technical support and excellent demonstration facilities.
Package: Salary 20K to 25K + car + benefits (commission totally negotiable depending on experience, but if you don’t need to earn £50k+ - don’t bother applying).
