Senior Telecommunications and Infrastructure Engineering Manager
As a leading Midlands based Avaya and Cisco reseller, we are looking for an experienced engineer to support an increasing portfolio of Avaya ACM, IP Office and Cisco solutions. We are a small team, demands will be high, but so will the reward and the opportunity. Recognised as a "High Growth company", we have over the last year taken great strides towards our ambitious future growth strategy.
Ideally, you will hold the Avaya ACE certification for the Communications Manager, and be familiar with Avaya's call centre offering as well as the Avaya IP Office. A working knowledge of the Cisco portfolio, particularly at the networking level would also be very beneficial. A minimum of five years industry experience is essential.
The role will involve implementation of new clients solutions as well as supporting existing clients, so a friendly and professional manner is required to uphold our reputation for excellent customer service.
